01 / Situation

What needed to become clearer

A workspace website must serve different intents — a desk for one person, a private office, a meeting room or an event space — without forcing visitors to decode venue terminology. The page also needs enough practical proof to make an enquiry feel low-risk.

Audience

Freelancers, small teams, meeting organisers and event hosts looking for a space in Deep Ellum, Dallas.

Journey

Orient → Compare → Enquire

02 / Design logic

A few decisions that shaped the result

Make the inventory legible

Space types are presented as comparable cards with a visual, a concise promise and one enquiry action. This reduces the cost of understanding what is actually available.

Answer operational questions before the form

Amenities, hours, location and FAQs sit between discovery and conversion. They handle practical objections without turning the opening section into a wall of detail.

Keep context inside the enquiry

Opening the booking request from a space card carries the chosen space into the modal. The user does not need to remember or reselect the option they were evaluating.

04 / Result & evidence

What this case can honestly show

Observed result

The safe portfolio version resolves local images, adapts to mobile and demonstrates the entire enquiry interaction without sending data. A separate archived production capture containing an embedded map key was deliberately excluded from the public package.
