Cancellations within 24 hours of booking confirmation receive a full refund (excludes events starting within 48 hours). Cancellations 7+ days in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.
Can I have guests visit me during my booking?
Absolutely. Guests will need to sign in at the front desk. If you're using a conference room, please schedule it in advance via the GeniusDen booking form.
Can I bring my own catering or food?
Yes — external catering is welcome. GeniusDen also offers catering, A/V support, and admin staffing available by advance arrangement for event bookings.
Should I schedule a tour in advance?
