Bouma Townhomes
A focused property landing page that turns a complex development offer into a clear model comparison and a low-friction sales enquiry.
01 / Context
The problem behind the screen
Real-estate pages tend to accumulate facts, promotions and lifestyle claims until the core decision becomes hard to see. Here the essential task is narrower: understand the current offer, compare two available models, then contact the sales team with enough context.
A production-oriented landing pattern with responsive model information.
02 / UX logic
Decisions with a reason
Lead with the decision-making facts
Price range and availability appear before secondary storytelling. The page earns attention by answering “is this relevant to me?” immediately.
Turn floor plans into a comparison
The two models use a consistent card structure, making square footage, imagery and calls to action easy to scan side by side.
Keep the next action on the same page
Calls to action converge on one enquiry form instead of splitting attention across multiple destinations. The form asks for contact context while keeping the commitment small.
03 / Structure
From intent to interface
Retrospective reconstruction. These wireframes clarify the interaction logic visible in the implemented product; they are not presented as original dated research artifacts.
04 / UI system
Visual choices support the task
The high-contrast black, white and pink system inherits the property brand’s assertive sales character. Large architectural imagery provides proof, while bold display typography and repeated price/action blocks keep the page direct rather than editorial.
05 / Final interface
The designed experience
06 / Outcome & evidence
What is proven — and what is not
Delivered outcome
The local preview demonstrates the complete responsive page, model comparison and enquiry structure. Project memory documents the corresponding WordPress form contract and mobile readability work. The public portfolio copy intentionally does not submit to a client system.
